I think it's important to think about and recognize the things I accomplished each week.
It helps remind myself that I am capable and achieve things every week, even if I'm still having difficulty with something.
It's really helpful for keeping myself motivated to continue to work hard each week and to continue making gains.
So what were your wins this week?
Did you finish a school project?
Did you get to school on time every day?
Did you make your own lunches?
Did you ask the teacher for help when you knew you needed it?
Did you write down your homework assignments in your binder?
Write a list of 2-3 things you accomplished this week.
It might be helpful to keep a journal of your wins so that you can see all of the great things you're accomplishing.
